Thanks for stopping by.
Empty Mirror, of which I am editor/owner, opened its virtual doors in 2000; what began as a small bookselling site has become a large online arts magazine.
As a web designer, I specialize in sites for poets & writers, artists & musicians; at Empty Mirror I work with creative people to spotlight their work.
Whether it’s via creating or promoting a new website or curating Empty Mirror, I enjoy working with creative people and helping them to find their audience.
My husband and I live in Northwest Washington state, near the Canadian border. We’re often found rambling the back roads, out to the coast or through farmland, foothills, and up into the Cascades. We also love exploring local art, food, festivals, and events.
My poetry, reviews, and non-fiction have been published in print and online since the 1980s. In the 1990s and early 2000s I was the publisher of The Lithic Review, Nomad, Quicksilver, and Quartermoon Press. Since 2000 my publishing project has been Empty Mirror.
On this site, you’ll find a selection of my creative work. (Most of the creative work is a few years old with the exception of the digital images and a couple of the analog collages; newer stuff will be online soon.)
I welcome your comments; you can email me here. I’d be glad to hear from you.
